  • 2 Cans Full Fat Coconut Milk (or other milk)
  • 2 Scoops PODIUM Whey Peppermint Bark
  • 1/2tsp Peppermint Extract
  • Crushed Candy Canes Or Other Peppermint Candy For Garnish

1. In a blender combine coconut milk, protein powder, and peppermint extract and blend until smooth and creamy

2. Pour into a freezer-safe container and stir ice cream every 20 minutes for the first hour to help freeze and retain creaminess 

3. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving to allow to soften
