“Throttle Breaker”

For Time – Cap: 15 Minutes
3 Rounds:

  • 10 Front Squats (RX: 185/125 | Scaled: 115/75)

  • 400m Run

  • 12 Pull-Ups (Scaled: Ring Rows or Jumping Pull-Ups)

Goal: 10–13 minutes

Optional Strength Accessory:
Front Squat – 4x5 @ moderate weight (build from Week 1 deadlifts)
+

3 Sets Superset:

  • 10 Barbell Lunges

  • 30s Side Plank (each side)
